kSail seeks an ambitious and capable individual to join our sales team at kSail HQ near Winchester. You will be responsible as the primary point of equipment and chandlery support for our institutional customers. You will play a key role in helping us develop our product offering while also ensuring that orders are processed quickly and effeciently, that stock levels are managed and maintained.

• Build and maintain relationships with our institutional and individual customers.
• Indentify and deliver improvements to our Equipment and Chandlery provision.
• Support and colaborate with our events, manufacturing and maintenance teams.
• Manage the prompt packing and dispatch of customer orders.
• Maintain and developing our stock and inventory, including liaison with manufacturers and suppliers
• Keep the online webstore up-to-date and relevant.

• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan and prioritise work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with inventory, purchase and sales order management systems.
• Knowledge of the boats and equipment used by clubs, schools and universities in the UK.
• An understanding of the team and league racing circuits in the UK.
• The ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity apps.
• Full UK drivers license

kSail seeks a skilled textile machinst to join our team at kSail HQ near Winchester. You will be responsible for the production and manufacture of our range of textile based products. You should have experience of the production and repair of a wide range of textile based products, ideally within the small craft sector.

• Manufacture a broad range of textile based products using industrial and domestic machines across a range of fabrics and materials.
• Work to either design specification or template.
• Consistently produce high quality output.
• Enthusiastic to create and develop small batch bespoke products.
• Maintain an oversight of stock requirements, including sourcing and ordering materials where required.

• Experience of marine and small craft textiles which may include sails, covers or softer materials.
• Knowledge and understanding of machine settings, maintenance and service.
• Ability to work and plan independently and as part of a team.
• Valid drivers license

This role is flexible and for the equivalent of two and a half days per week.
